At IPCO, we know that doing great work starts with a foundation of strong values. And as we head into 2026, that foundation has never been stronger, even as we grow.

We’re kicking off the year by moving into a brand new shop, and while we are still finalizing the upfit and preparing for the move, the walls are fresh and the layout’s different, the spirit of the place still feels like IPCO. With more space and new capabilities, we’re looking forward to the ways this shop will support our work and open opportunities for our team, our clients, and the community.

Growing Our People

In conjunction with our quarterly team meetings, we are also launching additional training opportunities for IPCO. Team meetings focus on admin, safety, skills, and leadership, but these new trainings are really focused on the heart of what our team does in the field. We want our employees to feel confident and comfortable doing what they do best. Whether you’ve been in the field for 15 years or just joined last week, our goal is to provide the right tools and knowledge to keep learning. From hands-on technical sessions to leadership development, we’re building a structure that supports long-term careers, not just day jobs.

Investing in the Next Generation

Our commitment to the future doesn’t stop at our own team. We’re continuing our partnership with the ROBOTZ Garage and Fountain Inn High School, where we’ve been working with students on everything from robotics competitions to parade floats. You can read about our partnership with ROBOTZ here. We’re also planning visits to local career centers and schools in the area, introducing more young people to the electrical trade and showing them what a career at IPCO can look like. While we’re continuing to grow our network, we’re always looking for new opportunities to connect with students and engage more deeply with the communities we serve. If you know of a local high school or career center hosting an event, we’d love to be part of it! You can contact us here.

Staying the Course

Even with all these exciting updates, the core of IPCO remains unchanged. We’re still committed to delivering high-quality electrical work in commercial and manufacturing facilities, and in environmental infrastructure. We’re still focused on safety, integrity, and relationships. And we’re still showing up every day with the same purpose: to serve our clients well, to support each other, and to take pride in the work we do.

So yes, 2026 is a year of growth. But it’s also a year of staying grounded. And that balance, that steady mix of forward momentum and core values, is what continues to set IPCO apart.
