What Our Team Members Have to Say

"The thing I like about Industrial Power is the fact that you are allowed to take the time to do things the right way. Most places I’ve worked in the past want you to rush through and get the job done, and they don’t care about the quality of the work. I also feel like the company cares more about its employees than other places that I have been and it shows in the benefits and the experiences you get when working here."

Brian ChickySuperintendent

"IPCO is a company that cares about its employees. I wake up every morning excited for my day and what lies ahead. IPCO has given me a passion for excellence and a reason to strive to do my best possible work. I am proud to work for a company that cares and expects the best. Happy employees make for happy customers."

Chris WidermanSuperintendent

"The thing I like about IPCO is it feels like a family, everyone takes care of each other and you are always learning new things."
