At IPCO, progress doesn’t happen in one place. It happens across job sites, cities, and even state lines. Right now, our team is spread out across multiple projects––some wrapping up, others ramping up––but all moving forward with the same goal: doing quality work the right way.
Here’s a look at what’s keeping us busy!
Saluda: All Hands on Deck
If there’s one project that defines teamwork right now, it’s Saluda.
This wastewater treatment project has required serious coordination, and lately it’s been all hands on deck. We’ve even been pulling additional crews to Saluda on Fridays to keep momentum strong.
And here’s the thing: the guys love it.
There’s something about having more boots on the ground, more problem-solving happening in real time, and more shared wins at the end of a long day. It builds camaraderie. It reminds everyone that no one is out there alone. When one crew needs support, the rest step in.
That’s IPCO
The New Warehouse
Back home, we’re running a full upfit on our new warehouse. We’ve tackled painting, demo, deep cleaning, tearing down walls, installing new siding, and preparing for a brand new roof. There’s been a lot of general upkeep involved.
It’s about more than just aesthetics. This space represents growth. It gives our team room to train, store equipment properly, and operate more efficiently. It’s another step forward and we’re proud to be the ones doing the work.
JTEKT
We recently wrapped up a project at JTEKT, a manufacturing facility addition that combined new construction with an upfit of an existing structure.
This one required a cool mix of technical skill and careful coordination. We were connecting two infrastructures––tying new systems into an older building that remained fully operational throughout the process. To make that happen, our team coordinated a planned shutdown over a weekend, minimizing disruption and ensuring the plant’s production schedule stayed on track. It’s the kind of behind the scene planning that allows our clients to keep running while we handle the heavy lifting.
That kind of work demands attention to detail and extreme technical excellence. There’s no room for disruption when production is running. Our team executed it well, and we’re proud of the finished result.
Shamrock
At Shamrock, we’re in the middle of another manufacturing addition and upfit. Projects like these are becoming a strong part of our portfolio––helping companies expand capacity while modernizing their existing systems.
It’s a balance of respecting what’s already in place while building what’s next.
Due West
In Due West, we’re working on another wastewater treatment upgrade––continuing our commitment to environmental infrastructure.
These projects aren’t flashy, but they matter. They support communities in very real ways ensuring systems run safely and reliably day in and day out.
Water Towers Across the Southeast
And then there are the water towers.
We’re currently working on projects in Virginia Beach, Spartanburg S.C., and several others throughout the Southeast. These projects require coordination, safety precision, and a deep understanding of municipal electrical systems.
They’re also a reminder of how far IPCO’s footprint has grown.
Still IPCO at the Core
There’s a lot happening right now. Crews are moving. Buildings are transforming. Infrastructure is expanding.
But at the core, nothing has changed.
We’re still committed to high quality electrical work.
We’re still serving municipalities, manufacturing facilities, and commercial partners.
We’re still leaning into teamwork and shared ownership.
And whether it’s a warehouse makeover or a wastewater plant. We’re proud of the progress we’re making together.
