As we approach the end of 2024, it is a good time to pause and reflect on some of our accomplishments. At IPCO, every success is a team effort, and this year has been no exception. From project managers and superintendents to administrators and apprentices, our people have taken on challenges, solved problems, and grown in ways that make us incredibly proud.

At IPCO, no two days and no two careers look the same.

Some team members, like project administrators, thrive in the fast-paced world of project management. Rebecca Edwards is one of our project administrators who constantly orchestrates jobs across the southeast, connecting the dots from start to finish. Project administrators are responsible for processing paperwork, checking permit statuses, and handling the administration side of jobs so our project managers and field team can do what they do best.

Other team members, like our Superintendent Robert Moore, are passionate about electrical work and seeing projects progress from start to finish while gaining more experience as they are constantly exposed to different jobs and working environments. Still, others are just beginning their careers at IPCO as apprentices. Team members Landon Ezell and Nathan Rondeau are learning the intricacies of underground work and pipe threading to massive wire pulls.

Our “Day in the Life” series of an Electrical Contractor, Apprentices, and Project Administrators offers more details about these positions.

Whether you’re just starting as an apprentice or stepping into leadership, IPCO offers opportunities to learn, grow, and create a meaningful career. Many team members came to our company through unconventional paths, bringing unique experiences and perspectives. That diversity strengthens our team tremendously and drives our ability to tackle complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.

Join our Team

We are looking to grow our team with project managers and electrical supervisors who have some electrical trade experience. We are also looking to add apprentices and interns regardless of their electrical trade knowledge. Ideal candidates must value initiative, integrity, challenge, and relationships.

Gratitude for 2024

As we look back on 2024, we can’t help but feel immense gratitude for our incredible team and for the clients who trust us with their projects. This year has brought growth and change, from expanding into new territory around the southeast to refining our core values that drive what we do every day.

The IPCO leadership team puts it this way: “We are so proud of the professional and personal growth we have recognized in our team throughout 2024. Our team has shown up for the company and the community this year, and for that, we are proud.”

We have also refined our ability to work together by embracing our core values of Initiative, Innovation, Responsibility, and Community. We’re thankful for the trust our clients place in us and our team members’ dedication to every job.

So here is a heartfelt thank you from the IPCO family:

  • Thank you to our field team who show up on the ground with a hard work ethic and a dedication to get the job done.
  • Thank you to our office staff who keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
  • Thank you to our clients who entrust us to deliver quality electrical contracting work and constantly challenge us to innovate and improve.

Thank you for being a valuable part of the IPCO family. Every role matters, and every effort contributes to the success we celebrate as we close out 2024.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year from the IPCO family!
