We love delivering high-quality electrical solutions, but we want our impact in the community to go beyond cables and conduits. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships in Fountain Inn and the surrounding areas, not just as an electrical contractor but as a team that shows up when needed. We believe helping local businesses get back on track, supporting families in need, and stepping in to help where we can is always the right thing to do.

Electrical problems don’t come with a warning, and downtime isn’t an option for many businesses. That’s why we do our best to respond quickly and show up when our community calls. Recently, Marley Lilly, a monogram warehouse in Greer, ran into unexpected electrical issues. A quick call to our team allowed us to send help that same afternoon, preventing a small problem from turning into a major disruption.

Ultimately, our work is all about helping our neighbors. Even when the work is not “work” at all. When a local family lost their home in a fire, they needed temporary power to start rebuilding. Our team was honored to provide assistance and to use our skills to help someone in a difficult situation. We are reminded every day that small efforts have huge impacts.

Giving Back Where We Can

We know that a strong community is built on support, and we’re grateful to be able to give back when we can. Whether sponsoring local athletics, helping fund youth programs, or supporting organizations that serve others, we strive to invest in causes that matter to the people and community around us.

Some of the organizations we’re proud to support include Fountain Inn High School Athletics, Miracle Hill, Piedmont Women’s Center, FCA of the Upstate, and veteran-focused programs. We believe in supporting our community because we’ve been fortunate to have a community that supports and trusts us.

At IPCO, we thrive on a culture of support. Over the past few months, we’ve seen our incredible team rally around each other through life’s ups and downs. We asked a few of our team members what that culture looks like daily:

“This is a workplace where it feels safe to ask for help.” – Nell Berkeley

“I am not an electrician or a project manager, nor do I have field experience, but I still feel like a valued team member with my unique skillset. I have the freedom, tools, and support to do my job well.” – Stephanie Byrd

“I feel like I am part of a big family at IPCO. Every day, I am given tools that help me grow personally and professionally.” – Jose Arroyave

We want to foster a culture of support for big moments and small, everyday things. If something needs to be done, our people step up. If someone needs a hand, they don’t have to ask twice. That mentality starts in the hearts of our leadership and carries through every part of our company.

Eyes On The Future

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for the next generation of skilled electricians and leaders to join our team. This spring, we’ll be reviewing internship and apprenticeship opportunities. This is a phenomenal opportunity for those interested in a hands-on career with real training and mentorship that goes beyond the job site.

For anyone considering this path, we’d love to talk! At the end of the day, IPCO is about the people who make the work happen, both in our company and in our community. We’re grateful to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
